You split the gross commission with the team at the tiers above. eXp Realty's standard company dollar, 20% until your own $16,000 annual cap and then $250 per transaction, comes out of your side, exactly as it would solo. No desk fees, no team tech fees. Illustrative of structure, not a projection of earnings.
The Own It Method
Four modules. Daily roleplay. Weekly pipeline reviews. Scripts you memorize until they're reflexes. The goal of the first 30 days is to build listing activity: prospect volume, appointments set, scripts mastered. Not to guarantee a listing signed. Activity is what we can teach; outcomes are what you earn.
